How does billing work with LevelUp Digital?
Net 15, billed monthly, and you pay ad platforms and software directly
We bill monthly on Net 15 terms. Ad spend and software licenses are paid by you, directly to those vendors, and never run through us.
Retainers
Retainers are billed monthly for the month ahead. The rate is fixed at whichever tier you are on, so the invoice does not move around unless the scope changes. All current tiers and what each one includes are published on our retainer pricing page.
Advertising
Advertising works a little differently because month one is a build month. Strategy, account structure, tracking and the ads themselves get built in month one, and campaigns launch in month two. You pay the $1,500 management minimum when the contract starts and that covers the build.
From month two the management fee is 10% of ad spend or $1,500, whichever is higher, plus $350 per additional platform. Your budget is agreed before the month starts, so we already know which of those two numbers applies and you are billed that. If you decide to raise the budget partway through a month, the difference in the fee lands on the following invoice rather than as a surprise mid-cycle charge.
Ad spend itself goes on your own ad accounts and your own card. We do not front it and we do not mark it up. See how the management fee works.
Projects
Website builds, implementations and other project work are scoped and quoted up front with a payment schedule tied to milestones rather than a single invoice at the end. HubSpot onboarding pricing is built from your actual scope, which you can run yourself on the onboarding calculator.
Hourly work
HubSpot technical support is $195 per hour. Training is $250 per hour. There is also a $700 per month package covering 4 hours, with a 3-month minimum.
What you pay for separately
Ad spend. Software licenses and subscriptions, including your HubSpot seats. Clean6 Pro at $997 per site, paid directly to Clean6 Pro. Stock imagery and licensing. Video production beyond the creative included in your tier, which is quoted per project.
We would rather you see all of that on a page than discover it on an invoice.
