How much does PPC management cost?

LevelUp charges 10% of ad spend, $1,500/mo minimum, +$350/mo per extra platform.

LevelUp charges 10 percent of ad spend with a $1,500 per month minimum, plus $350 per month for each additional platform. The 10 percent only exceeds the minimum above $15,000 per month in spend, so most accounts pay $1,500.

What that fee covers

Strategy, account build, conversion tracking setup, ad copy and creative, weekly optimization, search term review, and monthly reporting. You pay the ad platforms directly on your own account and card. We never front media and we never mark it up, so you can see every dollar that went to Google or Meta without taking our word for it.

The three pricing models you will be quoted

  • Percentage of spend. Common, simple, and scales with the work. The criticism is that it can reward an agency for recommending bigger budgets. A published floor and a plain fee schedule, which is what we use, removes most of that worry.
  • Flat monthly retainer. Predictable, and fine until your spend doubles and the workload does too. Watch for scope caps buried in the agreement.
  • Hourly or project. Honest for audits and one time builds, awkward for ongoing management, because the work is genuinely lumpy week to week.

Things to check in any quote

Who owns the ad accounts, whether tracking setup is included or billed separately, what happens to your account if you leave, and what notice period applies. Ours: you own your accounts, tracking is part of the build, and we ask 30 days notice to pause, change tier, or cancel. Billing is Net 15, monthly, and there is no fixed term on advertising management.

Budget the first month correctly

Month one is the build. Strategy, structure, tracking and ads get made, and campaigns launch in month two. You pay the $1,500 at contract start. Budget is agreed before each month so the fee is known in advance, and if you raise budget mid month the difference lands on the next invoice rather than surprising you.
