You get one named point of contact and direct access to the specialists who actually do the work. The senior people you meet in the sales conversation are the same people on the account, because LevelUp Digital is not large enough to hide behind a layer of account managers, and does not want to be.
The fear this question is really asking
The classic agency pattern: the founder and a strategist sell the deal, then a junior coordinator runs the account and you never speak to either of them again. It is common enough that most buyers assume it. Ask any agency directly who will be on your account in month three, and ask whether you can meet them before signing.
How it is structured here
- A point of contact, one person who owns the relationship and knows your business.

- Heather Harrington, the owner, is involved in strategy rather than being a name on a pitch deck. Fractional CMO engagements are senior time at $195 an hour, not delegated down.
What is done in house and what is not
Strategy, paid media, SEO and AEO, social, web design and development, custom integrations, analytics and HubSpot work are all internal. That matters because it is why one team can follow a click through to a closed deal instead of three vendors pointing at each other. Specialty production work outside those disciplines, such as a commercial shoot, is scoped separately and we say so rather than pretending it is included.
Where the team sits
The office is in Irving, Texas, in the Dallas Fort Worth metro. Clients are nationwide and most of the work is remote, which has never been the constraint people expect it to be.
