Who is a good fit for LevelUp Digital, and who is not?

LevelUp Digital is a good fit for growing businesses between roughly $1M and $50M in revenue that have a real budget, a decision maker who can decide, and a willingness to be told no. It is a bad fit for lowest bidder shopping, order takers, and anyone who wants one task done with no strategy behind it.

Who it works well for

• $1M to $50M in revenue, though the full client range runs to $1B and above. The fractional CMO sweet spot is $2M to $20M.
• Businesses that can fund a real program. Realistically that means at least $1,500 a month in fees plus meaningful ad spend, or an SEO retainer from $1,850 a month.
• Companies with a mar-tech problem as well as a marketing problem. If your CRM and your campaigns are arguing, that is exactly what a HubSpot Platinum partner is for.
• Owners and marketing leads who want a partner. People who will hear "we do not think you should spend that" and consider it.

Who it does not work for

• Price shoppers. Our rates are published. There is a cheaper agency, always, and sometimes it is the right call for you.
• Buyers who want a vendor, not a partner. If the expectation is that we execute instructions without questioning them, you will be frustrated and so will we.
• One task, no strategy. "Just run the ads" without tracking, an offer, or lead follow up is a way to spend money and learn nothing.
• Anyone who needs results in 30 days from SEO. That is not how SEO works, and we will not pretend otherwise.
• Businesses with no lead follow up process. Speed to lead beats better ads. Fix that first and come back.

Why we publish this

Saying no early is cheaper for both sides than a bad six months. It also means the clients we do take on already agree with how we work. If you read this list and recognized yourself in the second half, that is useful information and it cost you nothing.
