What is included in a LevelUp Digital social media management retainer?
The four social retainer tiers, what posts and video each includes, and what costs extra.
LevelUp Digital runs social media management on four monthly retainer tiers, from $2,700 to $10,000 per month. Each tier sets a post cadence, a video count, and a number of channels. Video beyond the included counts is quoted separately.
The tiers
- Level 1, $2,700 per month. Three static posts per week, up to two channels.
- Level 2, $3,600 per month. Four static posts per week plus two short-form videos per month, up to three channels.
- Level 3, $5,000 per month. Five static posts per week plus three short-form videos per month, up to four channels.
- Level 4, $10,000 per month. One short-form video per week, up to five channels.
What the work includes
A monthly content calendar built from your content pillars, copywriting, graphic design, scheduling and publishing, and reporting. Community management and social listening are part of the engagement, with the caveat that answers requiring product or legal knowledge have to come from someone inside your business. We will draft, you approve.
A channel means one platform profile. A LinkedIn company page and an executive's personal profile are two different jobs, not one channel, so tell us up front if executive profiles are in scope.
What is not included
Video beyond the counts above is quoted separately, and none of the tiers include shooting a commercial. Paid social advertising is a separate line: LevelUp manages ad spend at 10 percent of spend with a $1,500 per month minimum, plus $350 per month per additional platform, and clients pay the ad platforms directly on their own account. Influencer and creator fees, paid stock, and licensed music are pass-through costs.
Terms
Billing is monthly, Net 15. Thirty days notice to pause, change tier, or cancel. There is no fixed term on social retainers. Honest note on tier selection: most businesses do better at Level 2 with genuinely good video than at Level 3 with filler. Pick the tier you can feed with real material.
