What does it mean that LevelUp Digital is a HubSpot Platinum Partner?

Platinum is earned on certified expertise and client results. Here is what it buys you.

Platinum is the second of four tiers in HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program, above Gold and below Diamond and Elite. It is earned on tier points from sold and managed HubSpot business, not bought, and it means the partner has repeatedly implemented HubSpot for real clients.

The tiers, with the actual thresholds

HubSpot's own "How do Tiers and Tier Points work" page lists the requirements. As of the July 15, 2026 thresholds, Gold requires 110 sourced points and 325 total points, Platinum requires 325 sourced and 925 total, Diamond requires 950 sourced and 3,100 total, and Elite requires 2,100 sourced and 9,000 total. HubSpot's page also shows those thresholds rising again by January 15, 2027, with Platinum moving to 425 sourced and 1,275 total points.

The practical translation: tiers measure sustained volume of HubSpot work over time. A partner cannot reach Platinum on one good project.

What it actually buys you as a client

  • A team that has done this before. The tier is a proxy for repetition across portals, hubs and migrations.
  • Partner level support channels. When something is genuinely broken in the platform, a partner escalation path moves faster than a standard ticket.
  • Earlier visibility into platform changes. Partners see feature changes before they land in your portal, which matters when a release breaks a workflow.
  • Accountability to HubSpot. Tier status depends on clients staying and succeeding, which is a real incentive.

Our declared bias

LevelUp Digital is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner with 15 or more years working inside HubSpot portals, and HubSpot is the platform we recommend. That is a bias and we would rather state it than pretend to be neutral. Other platforms do specific things well, and we will say so in a comparison. But when a client asks what to build on, the answer is HubSpot, and we have the tier to show we have done it enough times to have an opinion worth something.
