What does a website cost with LevelUp Digital?

$4,500 base, $5,000 to $10,000 for most builds, more when the site has to do more

Our base website price is $4,500. Most of the sites we build land between $5,000 and $10,000. Larger sites with a lot of pages run $10,000 to $15,000, and builds with custom development, dynamic pages or commerce run $15,000 to $40,000.

We are giving you real numbers because vague pricing wastes everyone's time. But a website is genuinely custom work, and the range exists for a reason. Below is what actually moves the number, so you can place yourself in it before you talk to anyone.

The ranges

  • $4,500 base. A small site, roughly six pages, standard forms, clean design, built right and connected to your CRM. This is a floor, not an average.
  • $5,000 to $10,000. Where most of our builds land. Think eight to fifteen pages, real service or industry pages, a blog, a few forms that matter.
  • $10,000 to $15,000. Larger sites. More pages, more templates, more content to structure and migrate.
  • $15,000 to $40,000. Custom development tools, dynamic or database-driven pages, commerce, personalization, integrations that have to be built rather than switched on.

The questions that decide where you land

Before anyone can quote you, including us, you need answers to these. They are worth thinking through even if you end up hiring someone else.

  • How many pages? This is the biggest single driver. Count them honestly, including service pages and location pages. A six page site and a sixty page site are not the same project.
  • Do you need custom functionality? Calculators, quote builders, portals, tools. See interactive calculators and tools.
  • Basic forms, or smart forms? A name and email field is one thing. A multi-step wizard with conditional logic that routes to the right team is another.
  • Should the site recognize people and change for them? Personalization and smart content off CRM data is real work and real value.
  • Are you selling products? Commerce changes the platform conversation and the budget. See do you build e-commerce websites.
  • Are you building a resource library or gated content? Databases, templates and gating logic rather than flat pages.
  • Who is writing the copy? See do you handle website copywriting.

This is why a 600 page site cannot be a $4,500 project, and why we would rather ask these questions than send you a number that falls apart in week two.

What is not in the base price

Copywriting, professional photography, video production, and paid stock or licensing are scoped separately. Ongoing maintenance after launch is its own thing, covered in website maintenance. We are a Clean6 Pro partner and build on it because we think it is the best theme framework on the market. Clean6 Pro runs $997 per site, paid directly to Clean6 Pro rather than to us.

Nonprofits and charities

We occasionally build under $4,500 for charities and causes we believe in, when we have the availability. It is not a standing program and we cannot promise it, but it is worth asking.

What you get either way

Every build includes SEO architecture from day one, responsive design, CRM connection so leads become records, and conversion tracking live before launch. We build on HubSpot CMS, and we do not build websites in WordPress.

Book a discovery call and we will scope it properly. See our website design services.
