How much does HubSpot support cost with LevelUp Digital?
$195/hr time and materials, $250/hr training, or $700/mo for 4 hours with a 3-month minimum.
HubSpot support from LevelUp Digital is $195 an hour on time and materials, $250 an hour for training, or $700 a month for 4 hours on a three month minimum. LevelUp is a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner with 15 or more years inside HubSpot portals.
The three ways to buy it
- $195 per hour, time and materials. You send a request, we scope it, you approve, we bill the hours used. Best for a stable portal that occasionally breaks or needs a new workflow.
- $250 per hour for training. Live sessions for your team on the hubs and tools they actually use. Priced higher because preparing and delivering training is different work from doing the build.
- $700 per month for 4 hours. A standing block at $175 an hour, the lowest of the three rates. This is the only LevelUp service with a fixed term: a three month minimum.
Which one fits you
If your portal is built, your team is trained and things mostly run, buy time and materials at $195 an hour and only pay when something needs doing. If you are still building out, still adding hubs, or still cleaning up someone else's configuration, the $700 monthly package is cheaper per hour and it means someone is looking at the portal on a rhythm rather than only when it breaks.
If you need more than a few hours a month, the HubSpot service retainers and the broader flexible support tiers from $1,900 to $6,750 a month are the better economics.
What it covers
Workflow and automation builds, property and data model cleanup, integrations and private apps, reporting and dashboards, deliverability and list hygiene, permissions and user setup, and the unglamorous fixes that keep a CRM trustworthy. A one time diagnostic is a portal audit, which is scoped separately from hourly support.
Onboarding is different work and is priced separately through the onboarding calculator.
