Why we do not publish one number here
We publish rates for everything else: ads at 10% of spend with a $1,500 minimum, SEO from $1,850, social from $2,700, support at $195 an hour. Onboarding is different because the range between a single hub Starter portal and a four hub Enterprise rollout with a Salesforce migration is enormous. A single headline price would either scare off the small build or badly underquote the large one. Both are worse than sending you to a calculator.
The five things that drive the cost
- How many hubs. Marketing only is one project. Marketing plus Sales plus Service plus Operations is four sets of processes to design.
- Which tier. Starter, Professional and Enterprise unlock different objects, permissions and automation, and Enterprise carries real configuration work.
- Data migration. Moving clean data from one CRM is straightforward. De duplicating three spreadsheets and a legacy system is not.
- Integrations. Native connectors are quick. An ERP or custom API integration is its own build.
- Team size and training. More users means more permissions design and more training hours at $250 an hour.
